Request for Comment on Innovative Methods To Detect Illicit Activity Involving Digital Assets

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on innovative methods to detect illicit activity involving digital assets, as required by the GENIUS Act and in line with the Administration's policy on digital assets outlined in Executive Order 14178.
