Worker Protection Standards Safety Training; Grace Period and Retraining Interval

Notice is given that the Administrator of EPA has forwarded to the Secretary of Agriculture a proposed rule under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The proposed rule proposes to modify the grace period for training employees and to shorten the retraining interval. This notification is required under FIFRA sec. 25(a)(2).
