EPA Proposes Approval of Colorado Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Colorado's Ozone State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address deficiencies in the state's Regulation No. 7, which regulates volatile organic compounds, and to bring it in line with federal requirements.
