EPA Extends Comment Period for Lead ANPR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) on significant new uses of lead, which was first published in the Federal Register on September 28, 1994, and requires persons to notify EPA at least 90 days before commencing the manufacture, import, or processing of lead and lead compounds for uses identified by the Agency as significant new uses.
