EPA Corrects Withdrawal Document for Texas' NO X Exemption Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected a withdrawal document concerning the State of Texas' request for an exemption from nitrogen oxide provisions in Victoria County, Texas, which was published on October 11, 1994, in the Federal Register (59 FR 51381). The correction corrects an error in the citation of the EPA's direct final rule, which was mistakenly listed as 59 FR 41416 instead of the correct 59 FR 41408.
