US EPA Approves Illinois' Revised Ozone Plan, Repeals Stage II Vapor Recovery Controls

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Illinois' revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for ozone in the East St. Louis moderate ozone nonattainment area, repealing the Stage II vapor recovery control requirements that were in place since 1994.
