Determination of Public Charges for Legalization Benefits, Amendment

The Immigration and Naturalization Service has amended regulations for lawful temporary residence applications under section 245A of the Immigration and Nationality Act, allowing self-supporting aliens with income below the poverty level to be admissible without a waiver.
