Waiver of Computer Matching Agreements for Do Not Pay Initiative

The US Secretary of the Treasury may waive statutory computer matching requirements for eligible agencies participating in the Do Not Pay Initiative, following guidance from the Office of Management and Budget, and in consultation with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
