Immigrant Investor Pilot Program

The Immigrant Investor Pilot Program, as per the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 1993, will set aside 300 immigrant visas annually for five years for aliens making qualifying investments in US regional centers.
