Indiana Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Plan

OSM is approving a proposed amendment to the Indiana Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation (AMLR) Plan (hereinafter referred to as the ``Indiana plan'') under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA). The amendment is intended to revise the Indiana plan to allow the State to assume responsibility for administering an emergency response reclamation program in Indiana on behalf of OSM.
