BIA Proposes Decrease in San Carlos Indian Irrigation Project O&M Assessment Rate

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is proposing to lower the San Carlos Indian Irrigation Project (Joint Works) Operation and Maintenance assessment rate from $35.00 to $30.00 per assessable acre for the 1995 irrigation season and subsequent seasons, a decrease of $5.00.
