Pursuant to the settlement agreement of October 20, 1993, in the matter of National Audubon Society, et al. v. Bruce Babbitt, et al., in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, Civil No. C92-1641, the defendants have provided to the plaintiffs compatibility determinations, documents pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act, and funding analyses, as appropriate, for certain secondary uses within the National Wildlife Refuge System, as administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service).
