Intent To Conduct Public Scoping and Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Fontenelle Natural Gas Infill Projects in Wyoming

The US government plans to conduct a public scoping process and prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposal by several oil and gas companies, including DALEN Oil & Gas Co. and Cabot Oil & Gas Co., to drill up to 1,322 infill wells in Wyoming's Fontenelle and Lincoln Road natural gas fields over the next decade, starting in 1995.
