Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Determination for the Delta Smelt

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has designated critical habitat for the threatened delta smelt, a fish species, in various areas in California, including Suisun Bay and the Sacramento Delta, to provide additional protection under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
