FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Highway Project in Iowa and Nebraska

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to inform the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed highway project in Mills County, Iowa, and Cass and Sarpy Counties, Nebraska, as part of the Interstate 29 Corridor Improvement Project.
