Extension of Comment Period for Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Section 4(f) Evaluation for LaGuardia-JFK Airports

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) have extended the comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) on the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's Airport Access Program for LaGuardia-JFK International Airports until December 16, 1994, allowing additional time for public comment and the opportunity to consult with the FAA before submitting comments.
