Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a safety zone on the Upper Mississippi River, from Mile 42.0 to Mile 43.7, to prevent collisions with salvage equipment and ensure safe navigation for vessels until January 24, 1995.
