Availability of Determination of Nonregulated Status of Monsanto Co., Genetically Engineered Soybean Line

The US Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has issued a determination that glyphosate-tolerant soybean line 40-3-2 does not pose a plant pest risk, allowing it to be deregulated. This decision was made in response to a petition from Monsanto Co. in 1993.
