USDA Amends Referendum Procedures for Watermelon Research and Promotion Plan

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is making changes to the rules governing referenda on the Watermelon Research and Promotion Plan, allowing for mail-in ballots, expanded voting eligibility, and participation from watermelon importers and all 50 US states, including the District of Columbia.
