Cooperative Marketing Associations; Eligibility Requirements for Price Support

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) is proposing changes to its regulations governing cooperative marketing associations (CMAs) to ensure equitable treatment, minimize government risk, and efficient delivery of price support benefits, including updates to CMA bylaws and monitoring of member payments.
