California Department of Agriculture Adopts Final Rule for Almond Program Expenses and Assessment Rate

The California Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule allowing the Almond Board of California to incur expenses for administering the almond program, funded by assessments on handlers, without changes to the previously authorized expenses and assessment rate.
