FCIC Amends Regulations on Social Security and Employer Identification Numbers for Policyholders

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has updated its regulations to relax the substantial beneficial interest requirements for policyholders, reducing the threshold from 5% to 10%, and shortened the record retention period from 5 years to 3 years.
