National Poultry Improvement Plan and Auxiliary Provisions

We are correcting the amendatory language that appeared in a final rule published in the Federal Register on March 18, 1994 (59 FR 12795-12805, Docket No. 93-137-1), and effective April 18, 1994. In the final rule, an amendatory instruction directed the revision of one sentence in the introductory text of a paragraph, when our intention was to revise that sentence and add a new sentence immediately following the revised sentence. The text of both the revised sentence and the new sentence were, however, set out in the final rule.
