Northern Utilities, Inc.; Order Granting Long-Term Authorization To Import Natural Gas From Canada

The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives notice that it has issued an order granting Northern Utilities, Inc. authorization to import from Canada up to 990 Mcf per day of natural gas. The gas would be purchased from Renaissance Energy Ltd. over a period of 10 years beginning on or about November 1, 1995. This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 Independence Avenue SW., Washington, D.C. 20585, (202) 586-9478. The docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
