Westcoast Gas Services Inc. Granted Blanket Authorization for Natural Gas Imports and Exports

The US Department of Energy has issued an order to Westcoast Gas Services Inc. (WGSI), allowing the company to import and export up to 1,000 billion cubic feet of natural gas, including liquefied natural gas, from Canada and Mexico over a two-year period starting after December 18, 1994.
