U.S. Department of Commerce Imposes Countervailing Duty on Silicon Metal from Norway

The U.S. Department of Commerce has finalized its countervailing duty determination, finding that Norwegian producers and exporters of silicon metal are receiving subsidies during the period of investigation, January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
