Administrative Dispute Resolution

The Commission is proposing to amend its regulations to implement the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1990 (ADRA). In issuing a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking the Commission proposes to adopt a policy endorsing the use of alternative dispute resolution methods in its proceedings under the provisions of the ADRA. Such methods would be used in lieu of litigation to resolve disputes in Commission proceedings.
