Administrative Dispute Resolution; Correction Notice

On November 10, 1994 (59 FR 59715, November 18, 1994), the Commission issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) in which it proposed to amend its regulations to implement the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1990. The correct date for filing comments is on or before 75 days after publication of the NOPR in the Federal Register, which is February 1, 1995. The comment date was incorrectly stated to be January 17, 1995 at 59 FR 59715 in the first column, and February 2, 1995 at 59 FR 59728 in the third column. Lois D. Cashell, Secretary.
