Extension of Comment Period for York County Energy Partners Cogeneration Project

The U.S. Department of Energy is extending the comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and public hearings for the proposed York County Energy Partners Cogeneration Project at North Codorus Township, Pennsylvania, which was initially set to close on January 10, 1995, following the publication of a notice on November 25, 1994.
