Tariff Classification of Headbands and Similar Articles

The Harmonized System Committee approved amendments to the Explanatory Notes for the classification of textile headbands, excluding them from Heading 9615 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). The US Customs invites comments on the classification of textile headbands and reevaluates the classification of ponytail holders and similar hair care accessories.
