Federal Reserve Board Proposes Amendment to Privacy Act Regulation

The Federal Reserve Board is proposing to add a new system of records, BGFRS-43, to its exempt system of records, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, and is publishing notice of this new system elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register.
