Conference on Fair Use and the National Information Infrastructure (NII) - Preliminary Report Released

The White House Infrastructure Task Force's Working Group on Intellectual Property Rights has released a preliminary draft of its report on Intellectual Property and the National Information Infrastructure, which can be obtained by contacting the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
