New York and NOAA Plan Public Meeting for St. Lawrence River National Estuarine Research Reserve

The State of New York and NOAA will hold a public meeting to present a preliminary draft management plan outline for the proposed St. Lawrence River Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and solicit comments on significant issues related to the preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement and Draft Management Plan, which will address research, monitoring, education, and resource protection needs for the Reserve.
