North Pacific Fishery Management Council Appoints Industry Committee to Study Fisheries Observer Insurance Coverage

The North Pacific Fishery Management Council has formed a committee to explore ways to reduce costs and distribute observer coverage costs more evenly among North Pacific fishing vessels, with its first meeting scheduled for November 4, 1994.
