NTIA is convening a public meeting to discuss U.S. government goals and technology demonstration for the up-coming G-7 ministerial level conference on the Information Society. The G-7 conference is scheduled for February 25-26, 1995, in Brussels. The public meeting will be chaired by Larry Irving, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information and Administrator of NTIA. The purpose of the meeting is to brief the public and obtain input on U.S. government goals for the meeting in Brussels and to solicit industry interest in participating in technology demonstrations, which will be held in conjunction with the G-7 conference.
