FDIC Extends Comment Period for Foreign-Based Covered Companies' Resolution Plan Submissions

The FDIC has extended the comment period for foreign-based covered companies' resolution plan submissions until June 4, 2020, to allow interested parties more time to analyze the proposed guidance and prepare comments.
