Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission and Department of the Interior Sign Off on East Hobble Creek Restoration Project

On April 2, 2013, the Department of the Interior and the Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission jointly signed a Finding of No Significant Impact, concluding that the proposed East Hobble Creek Restoration Project will not have a significant impact on the environment, thus exempting it from an environmental impact statement.
