Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Decision on Land Conveyance

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will issue a decision approving the conveyance of surface estate in certain lands to Kotlik Yupik Corporation, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), with the subsurface estate to be conveyed to Calista Corporation at a later date. The lands are located near Kotlik, Alaska.
