FMCSA Withdraws Quarterly Financial Reporting Requirements for For-Hire Motor Carriers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has withdrawn its 2012 rule eliminating quarterly financial reporting requirements for certain for-hire motor carriers of property and passengers, following adverse comments from SJ Consulting Group, and plans to propose a new rule in the near future.
