FMCSA Announces SMS Changes and Agency Response to Public Comments

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has made modifications to the Carrier Safety Measurement System changes announced in March, and will implement four additional changes in December 2012, following review of public comments on the preview version available since March 27, 2012.
