Marine Transportation System National Advisory Council to Discuss Recommendations on Vessel Financing and Ship Capacity

The Maritime Administration is hosting a meeting of the Marine Transportation System National Advisory Council to discuss preliminary recommendations on improving vessel financing and ship capacity for marine highway services, developed by the Shipbuilding Subcommittee.
