NHTSA Proposes Changes to Early Warning Reporting and Motor Vehicle Safety Recall Regulations

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing changes to the early warning reporting rule and motor vehicle safety recall regulations. The proposed amendments would require vehicle manufacturers to provide more detailed information about their vehicles and safety recalls, and to submit this information online.
