U.S. Department of Transportation Clarifies Prioritization and Allocation Authority Under Defense Production Act

The U.S. Department of Transportation has issued a final rule clarifying the priorities and allocation authorities exercised by the Secretary of Transportation and establishing procedures for exercising these authorities, in line with the Defense Production Act Reauthorization of 2009 and as part of the Federal Priorities and Allocations System.
