OCC, Board, and FDIC Amend Community Reinvestment Act Regulations

The OCC, Board, and FDIC are adjusting the asset-size thresholds for small banks and savings associations, based on the annual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers, and also correcting a typographical error in the FDIC's definition of consumer loan, as required by the CRA regulations.
