Approved Tests for Bovine Tuberculosis in Cervids

The American Association of Veterinary State Boards has approved the CervidTB Stat-Pak and DPP tests for use as official tuberculosis tests for captive elk, red deer, white-tailed deer, fallow deer, and reindeer, following a determination that these tests can reliably detect bovine tuberculosis antibodies in certain species of captive cervids.
