GIPSA Proposes Posting and Deposting of Stockyards Under Packers and Stockyards Act

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is proposing to post and depost sixteen stockyards currently subject to the Packers and Stockyards Act, as well as eight previously identified stockyards, with public comments due by January 30, 2013.
