Proposed Subsequent Arrangement

The U.S. Department of the Atomic Energy is issuing a notice regarding a proposed subsequent arrangement under the 1972 Agreement for Cooperation between the U.S. and South Korea, which governs the civil use of atomic energy. The arrangement is being proposed under the authority of Section 131a of the 1954 Atomic Energy Act, as amended.
