Notice of Determinations for Culturally Significant Object in 'Stephen Shore' Exhibition

The U.S. government has officially declared a certain object to be included in the 'Stephen Shore' exhibition, which is being temporarily imported from abroad for display at The Museum of Modern Art in New York, as culturally significant. This determination is made in accordance with a loan agreement with the object's foreign owner and is deemed to be in the national interest, particularly given the exhibition's scheduled dates from November 19, 2017, to May 28, 2018.
