U.S. Department of the Treasury Publishes General License D-1 for Iran Transactions Sanctions Program

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published General License D-1, allowing for the exportation and reexportation of certain services, software, and hardware to Iran, as well as the importation of previously exported software and hardware into the United States, effective February 7, 2014.
