DOL Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act

The Department of Labor is extending the comment period for the proposed rule on the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act by 30 days, from January 19, 2016, to February 18, 2016, while keeping the comment period for information collection requirements unchanged.
